Myoko Kogen
Volcanic massif & deep powder runs
Myoko Kogen — Niigata's volcanic ski and onsen resort — receives some of Japan's heaviest snowfall, with a season that extends from December through April. The 11 interconnected ski areas of the Myoko region, backed by the volcanic Mount Myoko, attract a growing community of international powder enthusiasts who have discovered its less commercialised charm compared to Hakuba.
FFGR Japan coordinates winter transfers from Nagano or Tokyo, with Myoko Kogen hotel drop-offs and access to the local onsen circuits for post-skiing recovery.
